This website does not allow comments, so no personal data is collected from comments.
Media
If you send us photos to upload to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Contact forms
Data submitted via contact forms, free listing forms, and purchased news forms are used exclusively by Web-Kare, LLC to contact you regarding your request and/or to send you emails about web services that we feel might interest you. You can opt out of these emails at any time. None of our data is sold or shared with other companies.
Cookies
Since we do not have any login options, the only cookies saved to your system would be cached or bookmarked items, analytics tracking to help us learn what content our visitors prefer, and ad tracking that would have come from other ad providers like Google.

How long we retain your data
We retain any submitted information such as free listings and paid articles until we are asked to remove it. Any company can request us to remove their information at any time and we will do so within a reasonable amount of time (48 hrs. typically). Information collected on forms to us are held within our company only and not sold or shared with any other company.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where we send your data
Visitor information may be checked through an automated spam detection service to verify the information. This is a requirement of email servers that take SPAM seriously. Invalid emails are deleted from our system.
Your contact information
Information provided to us is kept on our CRM server (ConstantContact) for future communication with you. Requesting to unsubscribe will remove all of your information. Information you choose to share on our website with your free listing or paid article is up to you.

What data breach procedures we have in place
The transmission of information via the internet, email or text message is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your information transmitted through the Services or over email; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will take appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard your personal information against loss, theft, unauthorized use, and access, or modification.
When we collect financial account information, such as credit card numbers, we protect its transmission through the use of encryption such as the Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocol. We use Quickbooks Online and are subject their privacy policy.
What automated decision-making and/or profiling we do with user data
We do not have an automated decision-making or profiling system. Data that is submitted to us is scrutinized by a person who determines if they are a good match for Industry2Industry and/or Web-Kare. We do not accept all entries for our directory, each entry is scrutinized to access the value it might add to the directory, if any. We reserve the right to refuse any entry that is not in alignment with our goal to provide excellent information to the manufacturing community.
